Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Delivery will be sent the day of order or the following day if we carry the item in stock by Royal Mail second class signed for post.

If the item is not in our stock and we have to get the item from our supplier the customer will receive a phone call the day after the order is submitted, informing them of either the item will be sent out once we receive the item in to our stock provided our supplier has stock, or if our supplier does not have stock the customer will receive a phone call the day after the order has been submitted to inform them of what the next steps are, either we will try to get the item from a third party or a refund will be issued.

Returns

A return will only be accepted if the item or items do not fit correctly.

A return will be accepted if the item is damaged or deformed in any way.

A return will not be accepted if the customer changes their mind after the item has been posted to them.

Refunds

A refund will be offered if we are unable to supply the item or items ordered within a timely matter.

A refund will be offered if the item is not fit for purpose, meaning it is either damaged or deformed in any way.

A refund will be offered if the item does not fit as long as all the tags and labels are intact, and the item is returned in the original packaging, also the item has not been used apart from being tried on for fitting purposes.

The refund will not be carried out until the item or items are retuned to us and have been checked.
